Properties Home Owners Association website.
Brush Creek Mountain is
located in beautiful western North Carolina in Swain County,
approximately halfway between Bryson City and
Franklin.
With elevations approaching 4,000
feet, our community offers absolutely stunning views of the
surrounding Nantahala National Forest and neighboring
mountains.
There is a wealth of recreational
opportunities within just a few minutes drive of Brush
Creek. Whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River, hiking
the Appalachian Trail, or visiting the many national parks are
just a few. |
We are a gated Community with asphalt paved roadways, security
gates, large private lots, and outstanding scenery.

THE BRUSH CREEK MOUNTAIN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION VISION STATEMENT
The Brush Creek Mountain Community is nestled in the majestic Cowee Mountains.
It offers a lifestyle grounded in scenic beauty, seclusion,
and freedom to pursue
the American dream. The Covenants and By-Laws of the BCHOA are intended
to realize this vision by simultaneously embracing the diversity of our members, respecting property rights, and preserving and maintaining the rural mountain character of our community.
