ASSOCIATION DUES   The annual dues are: Unimproved lot - $425.00 Improved lot - $600.00 *A lot is considered improved once a building permit has been issued.*   Our fiscal year begins on July 1st and dues are paid at that time.   There is also a one time $50.00 initiation fee for all new purchasers.   Website by Sofia Lareau (c) 2018
